Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. Shipping rates may vary for Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories due to distance.

Processing & Delivery Times

All puzzles are made-to-order and custom-created just for you. Please allow:

• Production time: 3-5 business days to create your custom puzzle
• Standard shipping: 5-7 business days within the continental US
• Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories: 7-10 business days

Total delivery time = Production time + Shipping time

Expedited Shipping

We offer expedited shipping options at checkout. Please note that expedited shipping only affects transit time - your custom puzzle still requires 3-5 business days for production before it ships.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package's progress.
