Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. Please note that shipping rates may vary for Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories due to distance.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the continental US. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may take 7-10 business days. Please note that production time for your custom puzzle is 3-5 business days before shipping.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes! We offer expedited shipping options at checkout. Please keep in mind that expedited shipping only affects transit time - your custom puzzle still requires 3-5 business days for production.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your package's progress.
What if my puzzle arrives damaged?
We package all puzzles carefully, but if your puzzle arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll send you a replacement right away.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my personalized puzzle?
Because each puzzle is custom-made with your personal photo, we cannot accept returns on personalized items unless there is a defect or error on our part.
What if there's a problem with my order?
If your puzzle has a manufacturing defect, printing error, or doesn't match what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.
What if I made a mistake with my photo or customization?
Please review your photo and customization details carefully before placing your order. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for customer errors in photo selection or personalization details.

Product Questions
What photo quality do I need?
For best results, upload high-resolution photos that are at least 2000 × 2500 pixels. Most modern smartphone photos (taken in the last 5 years) meet this requirement. Higher resolution = sharper, more detailed puzzle! Low-resolution or blurry photos may result in a lower-quality puzzle.
Camera/Phone Equivalents:
- iPhone 8 and newer: ✓ Excellent (12-48 MP)
- Most Android phones (2018+): ✓ Good to Excellent (12-108 MP)
- DSLR cameras: ✓ Excellent (20-50+ MP)
- Professional photos: ✓ Excellent
How many pieces are in the puzzles?
We offer puzzles in various piece counts. Check individual product pages for specific piece counts and dimensions.
What material are the puzzles made from?
Our puzzles are made from premium chipboard with a glossy finish, ensuring durability and vibrant color reproduction.
