At Jigsaw Puzzle Boutique, every puzzle is custom-made just for you using your personal photos. Because each product is personalized and created on-demand through our production partners, we maintain the following refund policy:
Eligible for Refund or Replacement:
- Manufacturing defects
- Printing errors or quality issues
- Damaged items upon arrival
- Missing puzzle pieces
- Orders that don't match what you ordered
If your order arrives with any of these issues, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll gladly offer you a replacement or full refund, and you can keep the original item.
Not Eligible for Refund:
- Customer errors in photo selection or customization details
- Change of mind after order placement
- Custom orders that meet our quality standards
Please review your photo and customization details carefully before placing your order, as we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for customer errors.
Damaged in Transit: If your puzzle arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll send you a replacement right away at no additional cost.
